Owner + Instructor
Diana Dellogono
Diana leads 33 Wellness the way she has always taught — with structure, warmth and zero ego. Her path started as a student employee at the UMass Lowell Campus Recreation Center, where she led group fitness instruction, trained clients one-on-one and supervised the facility floor. Those years shaped the studio she runs today: a place where yoga, strength and recovery live under one roof, and where the person in front of her matters more than the program on paper.
She is an educator first. Every class, session and treatment plan at 33 Wellness is built to teach you something about your own body that you keep long after you leave the mat.

About the studio
A woman-led center for movement and recovery
33 Wellness pairs daily yoga and licensed massage therapy with personal training, group classes, nutrition consulting, physical therapy and sauna recovery. The studio is intentionally small — bright floors, real barres, honest coaching — so that no one gets lost in a crowd.
- Yoga and massage as the backbone, not an add-on
- Women coaches and licensed therapists
- Progressive programming for every level and life stage
